How Far to Trust Each Figure

This site tracks 165 menu items and 489 restaurants, and different kinds of data carry different levels of certainty. Rather than one blanket disclaimer, here is the honest position on each.

Opening hours	Right for most restaurants, not all	Taken from Hungry Jack's published restaurant information and refreshed weekly. A restaurant can change its hours, close early or shut for renovation without that feed updating.
Nutrition and kilojoules	As published by Hungry Jack's	Read from the brand's own product pages and Nutritional Guide. Figures are per item as sold and change when a recipe changes.
Allergens	Confirm with the restaurant before you rely on it	Hungry Jack's own declarations, taken verbatim. Every item is prepared in a kitchen handling wheat, milk, egg, soy and sesame, and no product is allergen free.
Deals and vouchers	Participation varies by restaurant	Each of the 489 restaurants chooses whether to run a given promotion. The Hungry Jack's app shows what your own store is honouring.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, confirm with the restaurant before you order. Nothing on this page or anywhere on this site substitutes for that conversation.

Independence and Trademarks

We cannot take orders, cancel them, process refunds, honour vouchers, resolve complaints about a restaurant, or answer franchise or employment enquiries. For any of that, contact Hungry Jack's directly on 1300 852 326 or through its official contact page.

Using This Site

You are welcome to read, print and share anything here for personal use, and to quote short passages with a link back. What we ask you not to do: republish tables or data sets wholesale, scrape the site automatically, or present this content as your own or as Hungry Jack's own.

For anything systematic or commercial, email [email protected] first and say what you have in mind. The answer is usually yes.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing, or use the comment system to advertise. We will remove content and block access where that happens.

The site is provided as it is. We work hard on accuracy and correct errors quickly when they are pointed out, but we cannot guarantee the site is available, complete or free of errors at any given moment.

Ratings, Comments and What You Post

By posting a rating or a comment you grant us the right to display it on this site indefinitely, alongside the display name you chose. Nothing else changes hands — you keep whatever rights you had in what you wrote.

Comments publish immediately and are not pre-moderated. Opinions in them are the author's, not ours, and their presence is not an endorsement.

We remove comments that are abusive, unlawful, spam, off-topic advertising, or that contain someone else's personal information — and we do so without notice. Want your own comment removed? Email [email protected] and it will be.

Ratings are one per person per item, held by a marker in your own browser. We do not seed ratings, buy them, or remove one for being low.

Advertising, Liability and Changes

Advertising. This site carries third-party advertising, which is what pays for it. Ads are served by external networks and their presence is not an endorsement of what they show. What data those networks collect is covered in the privacy policy, along with how to opt out of personalised ads.

External links. We link to Hungry Jack's own site and occasionally to other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published here — including a price that has changed, a restaurant that has closed, or hours that have moved. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes. These terms may be updated; the effective date at the top changes when they are. It is a fixed date rather than a rolling one, so you can tell whether anything has actually moved. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
