One place with the whole Australian Hungry Jack's menu — every price, every kilojoule, every restaurant — checked against the source and rebuilt every week. That is the entire remit, and this page explains exactly how it is done and who does it.
Why This Site Exists
Trying to find out what a Whopper costs in Australia is harder than it should be. The official site lists the menu but not the prices. The delivery apps list prices, but inflated ones with fees layered on top. Everything else is a three-year-old forum post or a page written for the American Burger King menu, which is a different menu with different items at different prices.
This site was built to be the answer to that question, and to the hundred adjacent ones: how many kilojoules, which restaurants are open now, what is actually vegan, when does breakfast stop. Not a blog about fast food — a reference for one specific chain in one specific country, kept current.
The measure we hold ourselves to is simple. If a figure is on this site, we can say where it came from. If we cannot, it is not published — which is why a handful of items here show no kilojoule figure and around a third of the menu carries no allergen row. Those gaps are real gaps in what Hungry Jack's publishes, and filling them with a plausible guess would make the whole site worth less.
Nothing here is estimated, rounded for neatness, or carried over from the US menu.

What "Updated {date}" means
Every page shows an update date. It is not a timestamp of when a sentence was last touched — it is the date of the rebuild that regenerated that page from current data. The whole site rebuilds on a weekly schedule, so a page dated recently was built against data pulled recently. Pages that change more often, like the homepage, carry a shorter cycle than pages that rarely move.
Where we are honest about limits: Hungry Jack's is a franchise network of 489 restaurants, and franchisees set their own prices and hours. A price here is accurate to about a dollar, and airport and service station sites run higher than both. Anything critical — an allergy, a late-night trip — should be confirmed with the restaurant itself.

Who Runs This
HungryJacksMenus.au is run by a small independent editorial team rather than by a named personality. Content is credited to the team, not to an invented author with a stock photograph and a fabricated biography — a pattern common enough on food sites that it is worth saying plainly that we do not do it.
The work splits three ways: maintaining the data pipeline that reads Hungry Jack's published information each week, writing and reviewing the pages that sit on top of it, and checking anything a reader flags.
Editorial standards we hold to. Every number on the site traces back to a source we can name. A figure the brand has not published is left out rather than estimated. Prices state where and how they were captured. Nothing about the US Burger King menu is presented as Australian.
Ratings and comments come from visitors. We seed nothing, we buy nothing, and we do not remove a rating for being low.
Corrections
Prices change, restaurants close, and menus rotate. When something here is wrong we want to know, and we fix it rather than waiting for the next rebuild to catch it.
