Mango and cream has a longer history than the dirty soda format suggests. Mango lassi, mango kulfi and mango with condensed milk all exist across South Asian cooking, and the pairing works for a specific reason: mango is high in acid as well as sugar, and dairy fat softens that acid into something rounder.
It adds about 190 kJ over the plain Mango Breeze at 1,036 kJ, taking it to 1,225 kJ and 60.6g of sugar.
Of the three creamer versions it is the most substantial, both in flavour and in what it carries.
Who it suits: anyone who likes mango lassi, and anyone who wants the fullest version of the dirty soda idea.
